The bed had some structural damage in the railing on both sides, but after contacting their support they quickly sent 2 new parts free of charge, this is the best customer service I've ever received for furniture!
When I moved, I lost two of the wires that were needed to make the vanity light up. I reached out to their customer service and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and were willing to help! After sharing the information they requested about my order number and specific parts needed, they mailed the two wires to my new address! Mow my vanity works perfectly and I didn’t need to purchase a whole new one. I’m so appreciative of how responsive and helpful their customer service was! I would recommend buying from to them to anyone based on the quality of the product and the excellent customer service!
I found a new open box unit missing the hardware. I contacted the Vecelo and they were able to get me the hardware needed. Great service.
