Very cute. Not made for big wind/rain storm. It's stable if assembled correctly! A reviewer gave a bad review, but they assembled wrong. must stack 3 units on first pvc pipe, then add connector & next pipe, then continue with planter units. If assembled properly, all goes well. It could use much better directions.
Amazing customer service. Had to email the company regarding the screws and bolts. They responded quickly and was willing to help. They followed up with me until the issue was resolved. Would definitely purchase from them again.
On the website, Vecelo says, "if our product fails to satisfy you, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. No sweat." The "no sweat" part was not my experience at all. I ordered the book case in white, but a brown one was delivered. I asked if I could exchange it for a white one but didn't receive a response. It took several more emails to initiate a return, and then a couple more emails to confirm my refund. I don't think they would have refunded me if I didn't send a follow up email. I will not order anything directly from the Vecelo website in the future.
I’m extremely happy with this bunk bed! The frame feels sturdy, looks great, and was fairly straightforward to assemble. It’s perfect for saving space while still feeling solid and secure.
What really stood out to me, though, was the outstanding customer service. One part arrived damaged during shipping, and Sarah from Team Vecelo was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the replacement process. She made everything quick, easy, and stress-free, and the replacement part arrived promptly.
