I was putting the A board to the metal arms that go on the board, but the screw went all the way through to the top of the board. I am hoping that they will send me a new board.
The chairs are nice and comfortable. I think the material on the cushions could be a little tighter to look neater but it looks good. Plus, this company has excellent customer service. 10/10 recommend.
I received the package this morning and the box was broken and re-taped up. I opened the box up. I found two pieces were damaged on the corner and there was no hardware kit. I would like to have somebody reach out to me and tell me how they’re gonna fix this I can be reached at,[****] or [****].
I would ship the package back, but I don’t think the box would make another trip. I put the pictures of the broken box and the broken pieces on the review I did for Amazon.
It definitely has to be put together correctly as one user had stated. If not done correctly then it will be unstable. Would recommend this for a variety of plants and maybe for indoor use only.
Multiple uses. Display, charging station, book and album storage.
