I had an issue with the table I originally purchased and customer service was quick to help me out. They sent me a brand new table free of charge and that one was very nice. I wish all customer service was like this today! Thank you for the help and the nice table :)
Sturdy chairs. Fabric is nice.
The QR code was NOT an assembly video. It was a sales pitch to buy the cabinet I already have. Very frustrating 😡
I bought the full-sized bed. It came quickly in one box. I opened the box downstairs and took the pieces upstairs one by one. The bed came with all hardware plus Allen wrench for assembly. The written instructions were perfectly clear. I but the bed together by myself, and it is just perfect and elegant in my guest bedroom. The legs on the headboard have mounting holes at several heights. I have a thin-ish mattress and no box, so I attached the headboard at its lowest height. It worked out perfectly. I plan on raising the mattress on a box. At that time, I'll just adjust the headboard higher.
The headrest and footrest don’t adjust as described. It is very hard to rock . I emailed the company several times to request return, they never replied. I am very disappointed with this purchase and with no response from customer service
