Missing parts!

So I really like this shelf. Got it off Amazon. Put it together as much as I could - two missing #8 parts and one missing #5 parts. The screws are also terrible - I had to use my own Alan wrenches because the Phillips screw driver that was included was useless with all the Alan wrench screws. Because the screws were so poorly constructed (stripped when I tightened them) I had to go and buy regular screws to finish constructing it. It’s all done now. I’d really like the company to send me the missing parts. Again I’m missing two #8s and one #5. Thanks!!

Look of the product is so perfect for our living room. appearance of it makes my room more beautiful. Its is so easy to assemble and quality of the product is too good. Anyone who comes to my house for visit first ask me where I got it. Love the color of the product matches my floor color and in love with it. Perfect to keep anything in it. I plan to keep small plants on it but you can keep anything to showcase. In love with it and will recommend anyone to get it.

Beautiful tree shaped bookshelf

Very pretty and convenient bookshelf for my room. I loved it very much. It adorns my new room and sits my books most beautifully!
It was very easy to fit all the parts, took about 15 mins and thats it. Most importantly the quality is amazing. Definitely recommend it.
